Project Challenge- People who changed medicine!

Our project so far has been focused on potions and poisons. We would like you to research about medicines and how they have kept us alive!

What you need to do:

  • Use your research skills to find out about someone who is famous in medicine such as, Marie Curie, Florence Nightingale, Alexander Fleming or another person of your choice.
  • Remember, research means you can look in books, the internet, on youtube and talk to experts.
  • Ensure the research you find is then put into your own words!

In your research project, you may want to include:

  • facts in organised paragraphs
  • bullet points, headings and subheadings
  • a factfile
  • diagrams and picture

To make your project extra special, can you present it creatively? Here are some ideas → Why not make a poster to present in? Or what about making a model to to used as part of a presentation you give? What about making a leaflet that shows all the exciting and interesting information you have found?

Its up to you!
